Terms and conditions

Les Bohèmes (here after called Organiser) the participant (here after called Client) for the Spirit of the Creatives Retreat (here after called Event).

The Client will have exclusive use of the property for the stated time period. The Client will be responsible for any damages to their room or furnishings.
It is strongly advised that the Client arranges personal insurance for the course of the event to meet any medical, personal loss or accidental incidents that may occur.
It is also the Client's obligation to inform the Organiser of any health issues, ailments, dietary preferences and allergies prior to the event. The Client partakes in the event at their own risk.

It is understood and agreed that the Organiser shall not be liable for any damages or any injury to Client's property from whatever cause arising from occupancy of the premises by Clients. The Organiser accept no liability for any illness, injury, loss or impairment to you while staying on the property. It is further understood that the Organiser shall not be responsible for any personal property left by any Clients in said premises although we will try and find any lost property and return it to you.

It is expressly understood and agreed that the Organiser shall have the right to enter and inspect rooms at all reasonable time to ensure maintenance and safety of the premises if needed.

Photography and video footage taken at the event by the Client or Organiser remains the property of Les Bohèmes Ltd and may be used for future marketing and promotion on public media sources. It is forbidden to invite or host outside guests at the property.

The Client must adhere to the properties check in and check out times on arrival and on the day of departure.
One month before the event a full itinerary of the retreat will be sent to the Client.

Late Payment Policy

Clients on the instalment plan are required to make regular payments in accordance with the selected payment plan. If an account becomes 15 days past due (unless previously informed), the client will lose their room assignment and their reservation will be suspended. The client will then have 15 days to bring the account current. If an account becomes 30 days past due, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and all payments forfeited.

Cancellation Policy

If the Client must cancel their reservation, the following fees apply per person. Number of weeks prior to event.
A $50.00 Admin Fee will be added to all cancellations in addition to the below schedule:

  • 6 weeks + 50% of paid invoice total minus deposit payment + any bank fees, if applicable
  • 0 – 6 weeks 0% paid invoice total.
